
NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) aims to create new social housing that is fit-for-purpose, while also providing new opportunities for home ownership in the region.
There is a pipeline for LAHC is to deliver 540 new social homes and around 700 dwellings for the private market in Albury, between now and 2032.
Monarch Building Solutions has expanded their Albury office to better serve the growing needs of the Riverina region with dedicated local expertise. They have been awarded several significant projects currently underway:
- Land and Housing Corporation Development in East Albury: Design finalisation and construction of 24 general housing units.
- Jim Elphick Tennis Centre in Wagga: Design and construction of the redevelopment of the Wagga Tennis Centre.
- RAAF Wagga Refurbishment: Refurbishment of Live-In Accommodation (LIA) for Defence personnel across five buildings at RAAF Base Wagga.
- McAuley College Redevelopment in Tumut: Construction of a new primary school administration facility, including student and staff amenities.
